If you choose this delivery option, it is important that you inform you customers that they will receive the parcel directly to the address (during daytime). It is therefore very important that we have the correct delivery information for the customer. Delivery within Sweden is shipped with DHL. Delivery outside Sweden is shipped with UPS.
SHIPPING WITHIN SWEDEN
Private customers: 75 SEK. Orders over 1500 SEK are free of charge.
Shipments are fulfilled by DHL Servicepoint (applies to private customers).
Companies: 150 SEK. Orders over 1500 SEK are free of charge.
Shipments are fulfilled DHL Paket (applies to companies).

Please note, that delivery may take longer due to customs proceedings and shipping delays in the country of destination, or around holidays.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by any shipping company.
DHL Servicepoint (orders within Sweden)
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, which also includes your parcel tracking number. When the parcel arrives at your access point, you will receive a text message,
why it´s important that you fill in the correct mobile number when you register your details.
When collecting your parcel, remember to bring a valid identification as well as the parcel number.
Home Delivery (shipped via UPS Saver and UPS Express Saver)
You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, which also includes your parcel tracking number. Once the parcel has been processed in the country of destination the transport company will make the delivery to you.
If you are not available, the parcel will be sent to an access point and the transport company will send you a text messege, why it´s important that you fill in the correct e-mail address and mobile phone number when you register your details.
UNCOLLECTED PARCELS
In case of uncollected parcels we reserve the right to charge 250 SEK to the order, this to cover our shipping fees and administrative costs.
Companies will be charge 300 SEK including VAT in case of uncollected parcels.
CANCELLATIONS
If you as a customer feel that the delivery of a product is so delayed that you no longer wish to complete the purchase, it is your responsibility to make a cancellation. Please contact customer service us here.
Please note, if the order has already been sent from us, you must collect the order. A cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation either by mail or phone by
Bäccman & Berglund Sweden AB.
If a product is no longer sold, Bäccman & Berglund Sweden AB has the right to cancel the purchase and make a refund to the customer. Bäccman & Berglund Sweden AB will notify the customer of a return item or if a similar product is available.
