WARRANTY
All of our products are thoroughly checked before they are shipped to you as a customer. If you experience any problems with the product(s), please contact our customer service here.
The warranty for the product(s) is two years from the date of purchase. You must be able to show a receipt for the purchase in case of using the warranty claim. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the product(s), such as thread defects in the screw part. The warranty does not cover:
- Natural aesthetic changes such as oxidation and natural aging that are normal for our materials. Please read more about our materials and how they can be treated here.
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness caused by normal use (dents, bumps, wear in the screw thread etc).
