WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES?
When shopping at www.bb-sweden.se you as private consumer, have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving them, given that the product is unused and in its original condition. In case you need to make a return, please notify us by email here before you make your return.
Please note: you as a customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

No. Don’t break the plastic sealing on the item(s) until you are absolutely sure you want to keep the goods.

ARE THERE SCREWS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
Yes, we always include screws for our standard measurement for kitchen cabinets and drawers. Please see more information in the product text when viewing any product for details of supplied quantity, size etc.

WHAT DOES C-C MEAN?
C-C stands for center-to-center and refers to the distance between the screw holes, measure from the center of one hole to the center of the other. The unit of measurements are in millimeter (mm).

HOW DO I MOUNT THE PRODUCTS?
When mounting your fittings, use the drilling machine only when drilling the hole into the cabinet, wall etc. When attaching the fitting, use a screwdriver and be careful not to screw to hard.
Installation instructions are included in your package.

Our products in brass, copper, stainless steel and aluminium are polished and brushed by hand and are without any lacquer.
