RETURNS & REFUNDS


When shopping at www.bb-sweden.se you have the right to return your ordered products within 14 days of receiving them, given that the product(s) is unused and in the same condition as when delivered. However, you have the right to check the condition of the product(s) when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while checking the product(s) does not qualify for the return policy. The return policy applies only to private customers.

Please send us an email via the contact form here and await further instructions before returning the item(s). Important that you attach your order number in the contact form.

When we have approved your return / exchange, follow the instructions you receive in our reply e-mail. The return address will be included in our reply e-mail.

Returns that have not been verified or approved by us will not be refunded. 

When returning product(s), you as a customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.

In case of delayed delivery (if you do not wish to keep your order) or an unwanted purchase, we will refund your money within 14 days. We must notify you of any delivery delays before the goods leave our warehouse.

IMPORTANT WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT:

All product(s) must be returned in the same state and packaging as they came and in with unbroken plastic sealing. As our products are very sensitive to bumps, it is therefore very important that each item(s) are packaged individually with protective packaging. This to keep all item(s) steady and in place in the return package.

Please note that we will not refund you the money if the plastic sealing is broken on the product(s).

To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.


COMPLAINTS

All complaints must be notified to us by e-mail and get approved by us.
Before returning a defected product, you need to contact us via the contact form here and await further instruction before returning the item(s).

Our products, such as brass and copper, are living materials which means they will oxidize and age. Therefore, the warranty or right of claim does not apply in these cases.

DAMAGED GOODS

It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods when you receive your shipment. If the goods have been damaged during transport, you must report this to the carrier immediately. If, after receiving the product, you find that it is damaged, please contact us here within 3 days.
 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within approximately 14 working days after receiving your return. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
Please note, that the shipping cost that was charged upon purchase will not be refunded in case of a return or exchange. 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties and taxes charges.

REFUNDS - CREDIT CARD

If you have paid by credit card and / or via PayPal, refund will be made to the credit card / account used at the time of purchase. 

REFUNDS - ADJUSTMENTS OF KLARNA INVOICE AND KLARNA ACCOUNT (KLARNA CHECKOUT)

If you have chosen to pay via Klarna Invoice or Klarna Account, we will adjust the order amount and e-mail an updated invoice with the new amount. If the invoice is already paid, we will make a refund to Klarna which, in turn, will make a refund to you.
